I felt this product left my fine hair flat and lifeless. It has almost a waxy texture leaving my hair feeling like it needed washed.

I was given a sample of this "miracle cream" in an upscale mall in Las Vegas. At first, my skin starting feeling tight as if super glue had been smeared on my face. I just assumed it was working its magic. About an hour later, my husband told me my face was turning red. I went to the bathroom and washed my face. By the time we returned to the hotel, my face was welted and starting to break out. I have sensitive skin but this was the worst-and fastest reaction I have ever had.

I really did not like this product at all. It was given to me as a gift as a recommendation of a friend. It burns your eyes and the scent is undesirable. I also used it for approx. a month and did not see many results. I would skip this one.

I like the moisturizer but it is a little thicker than what I prefer. I love the unscented version. I do not enjoy Olay lotion scents. Leaves skin feeling smooth.

I realize this product is for gray or blond hair. However, I have dark hair with caramel highlights. I use this shampoo about once a week and have found it makes my highlights last longer and look more natural. I am always asked if I just had my highlights done after using this product. I would give it a ten but the lather stings your eyes.

I bought the conditioner with the color protect shampoo. It takes quite a bit to get my hair feeling conditioned. In all fairness, it could be that the shampoo leaves my hair so straw like that the conditioner has to work on overdrive. As for color preserve, I cannot comment because I quit using the product because of the shampoo.

This shampoo does not lather and leaves my hair feeling stripped and dry. I cannot comment on the color protection because I had to stop using it. I have used other Paul Mitchell products and loved them. Very disappointing.

I was surprised at the negative reviews for this product. I was given a sample at Sephora and after the initial experimentation to get the perfect amount, I cannot say enough about this stuff. I have fine hair and it gives it direction and takes away the fly-aways. You use such a small amount a little goes a very long way so it is a good deal for the money for such a quality product. And the scent is awesome.

This is my first Avalon product. I love the scent and it leaves you feeling refreshed. I l was surprised of the residue this product picked up that my cleanser left behind. Great buy. I will be looking for other products in the future

This mask does a great job with hydrating your hair. It lives up to the product claims and leaves your hair silky soft. My only complaint it the price. I have used other masks that performed just as well, if not better, for much less. (John Freida Frizz-Ease). I do love other phyto products.
