I like that this doesn't make my hair stiff or sticky after rubbing it into the living monster that is my hair. It does help with definition of my natural waves a little bit. It does tame frizz a little bit as well. As for making my hair soft and supple like it says in the description, I wouldn't say that. My hair normally feel like straw and this does help make it a little softer to the point where feeling my hair is more tolerable, but it doesn't make it as soft as I would like it to be.

This stuff smells so nice when you put it on. The word "quenching" in the title of the product is quite fitting as this stuff absorbs into your skin well. I have had no problems with breakouts when I use this product and it moisturizes my skin like a dream. I have also had no problems with dry or flaky skin. What's so heartbreaking is that this is so expensive ($40 for 1,3oz), so I only use it every now and then when I feel like pampering my skin. The good thing about this is that you only do need a small bit to cover your face well.

The concept seems fun to play with, but this reminds me why I haven't favored peel-off masks in the past. Even though it's a fun color (jet black), it reminds me of when we were kids and how we used to put Elmer's glue on the back of our hands (you know you did that)--except it was FUN to peel off the dried glue in the end. This becomes very tacky very quickly, so you have to get in onto your face and spread it quickly. Wait about 15-20 minutes until it dries, depending on how thick or thin you put it on. Make sure you have washed your face beforehand. Here's the BIGGEST tip, you have to put on a thick layer in order to ensure the easiest way possible of peeling it off once it dries. I learned that the hard way and it took me AGES to peel off tiny bit by bit until I tried again with a thicker layer. It kind of helps to smile or scrunch up your face to peel this off, it makes it much easier. As instructed, make sure you put this on below your orbital bone as it can become quite inconvenient and tender to pick it off with your nail within this area. Also, make sure you follow the instructions and avoid putting it over ANY hair, as this can peel out hair kind of like a mini-wax. So ladies and gentlemen, I CANNOT stress how important it is to make sure that you do not put this near your eyebrows. The decent thing about this mask is that any leftover traces can be washed off with warm water (kind of defeats the purpose of a peel-off mask when it's easier to just wash your face). You may or may not need to exfoliate after using this to make sure you get all the product residue off your skin. Normally I've enjoyed Boscia products but I wasn't a huge fan of this. I've very lucky that I received a large deluxe sample from Sephora because I would not bother spending my money on this. Yes, it does make your skin luminize after using it, but so does a good exfoliation. I'm perfectly happy spending $4 on a facial mask that I can simply wash off, but has always been tried-and-true for me with good results. So honestly, this product isn't for everyone, so you might like it more than I did.

I like that this is only 5% Benzoyl Peroxide, because 10% is waaay too strong for me. Typically I use Neutrogena's On The Spot cream which is 2,5 percent benzoyl peroxide. However, I must be honest and say that I'm not sure that the little extra strength of this product as opposed to my normal product is any more effective. My skin seemed to clear up much faster just with my normal cream than with this, but I haven't experienced any extra dryness which is typically associated with higher strength benzoyl peroxide.

Any time I finish with a breakout, my skin is quite dry and flakey. What makes it worse is that I live in dry Arizona. You have to blend this in really well, but unlike most powders I've tried, this tends to exaggerate dryness more than others. When my skin is normal, this is actually a great power to use for touchups throughout the day. I like that the compact is smaller/thinner than most compacts which makes it ultra portable.

A lot of people say that #4 is too dark, but it's just right for me. You only need the tiniest dab on a finger to fill in your brow and the MAJOR thing is to blend VERY well or else it does go on too dark. I use an angled eye liner brush to blend in. I used to use a pencil and dark eyeshadow to fill in my brows and I am convinced that this product will never have me going back to my old regimen. With my old routine, my brows would look faded and ashy after a few hours, but this stays on all day without fading on me. I go to a lot of concerts as well, so it's GREAT to have the confidence that my brows won't wash off from a night of sweating and dancing because this stuff is waterproof.

You can talk to any woman and they can all tell you nightmare stories of hair removal products that they've used throughout their life. It seems like using such products like "Nair" (oh you remember using that, don't lie) is somewhat of a rite of passage for all women. So needless to say, I was a little nervous about using this product because of how much irritation hair removal creams used to give me. Rather than using it on my upper lip like it is normally for, I tested a small area under my chin, just in case something should go wrong and it heavily irritates me skin. Make sure to read the directions CAREFULLY. You may use the product on your upper lip, chin or jawline, but you should NOT use it anywhere else. Okay, so after applying the balm and the cream via its instructions, I waited about 8 minutes before wiping off the cream from under my chin. I have a couple pesky thicker hairs that are more noticeable, but mostly it's peach fuzz like most women. This product removes the finer hair quite well, but even waiting up to the allotted ten minutes max (normal time 6-8 minutes), it did not remove the thicker couple of hairs I had. I may just have to stick with tweezing those two pesky hairs. It seems a bit inconvenient with how long you do have to wait, so I recommend using this at night rather than in the morning when you are getting ready. I'm in the middle of a breakout, so I will try the product on a much larger area after my skin clears a bit more, now that I know that this product isn't going to cause heavy irritation and redness. I am quite surprised that the product lives up to its name, but mostly that SOMETHING is able to blow past the bad stereotypes of hair removal creams. A big bummer is that you only get up to 12 uses according to the packaging, so it depends how desperate you may be to use this product to determine if you want to shell out the money for it. I'm not quite sure how long hair starts growing back after each application, so I will have to continue using it to see. If it prolongs time of not having to remove facial hair, then I think the product might ultimately be worth it.

I can understand all the hype that this balm has received. After finally giving in and buying a tin (mostly because I have countless lip stuff already), I really enjoy this product. My lips tend to become chapped quite frequently and this smoothes it out quickly. It's not sticky, feels very moisturizing, and it smells amaaaazing. My lips look luscious after putting this on. It's only $5.50 a tin, but a little goes a long way! I haven't used it on any other part of my body like claims say you can, but I reckon it would work nicely!

It didn't seem like it was effective; I got better results from $6 Olay firming night cream. It's not a very good moisturizer because my skin felt a little dry after putting this on. The worst part is that it smells AWFUL.

For the price, how much you get, and what it does--it does a pretty good job. You have to brush very vigorously in order to get the powder out of your hair if you have dark hair, but it does a decent job getting most of the oil out of your hair. I've used several different dry shampoos and this ranks as one of the better ones.
