Just bought 4 of these colors and they all go on smoothly, and stay where they're put. I wanted all matte shades and although they seem to have a bit of a sheen, it's not even noticed, they just brighten up the eye, especially Sand Box for me.

Just started using these shadows and they are great. I am in my 50s so wanted a matte shadow. I tried products that said to use color very lightly but I ended up looking washed out. So I tried these because of the heavier pimentation, and they're perfect. I can just use a small amount to get color and it lasts all day. Highly recommended

I really like this item. I noticed my eye shadows just weren't staying on (not MAC shadows) so I bought this base. It has been great, eye shadows stay on. It is light, doesn't feel heavy at all.

Goes on nicely, doesn't feel heavy or gummy. Lasts only until you eat or drink something. Received as free sample with purchase so don't know the price.

Goes on smooth and is a nice matte, however, it is very light. If you want color you need to layer it.
