  • Paul Mitchell Awapuhi Wild Ginger Moisturizing Lather Shampoo

A little over a year ago ,my hair dresser introduced me to this product, and I have been super obsessed since. I love love love the smell and it works so perfectly! I ran out a few months ago and didn't feel like buying more so I was using Unite, but a week ago, my grandma bought more, and I've been over every chance I have to use it. But I think they changed their formula. Its really gooey and stretchy now, which is unusual. I thought it wasn't supposed to do that, so it got brought back, but the 2nd bottle did the same thing! It still works in the same amazing way it always has though, so I really can't complain. I feel sooo clean after I use it too, which I love it! Like a lot. It is definitely worth the money it costs. It is expensive, but it's worth the splurge 100%!

    UNITE Scruncha Gel Mousse

    I really like this!

This is so good! I love it! Like a lot! My grandma picked it up, and I always try her products first, so I used this one, because I alwaysss scrunch my hair, especially in the summer. This is the best thing to create waves! It dries fast too! They aren't frizzy at all. They are so natural and good looking! It isn't crunchy, either, which I really like! I used most of her product, so its almost out, and this product actually makes me sad that it is out. I LOVE IT!

  • Sephora Supreme Cleansing Foam

    Sephora Supreme Cleansing Foam

Cleared my skin but left marks

I had somewhat bad acne and I have sensitive skin, so I was trying to find a good cleanser. I got this in a kit, and it after a week my skin was legitimately perfect. There was not one pimple and my redness cleared up. I was so happy! I continued using this "miracle cleanser." After a few days, this HUGE pimple appeared on my chin, so I was like whatever. I left it, and when it finally disappeared, it left a huge brown acne scar! In the next 3 days, 2 more popped up, leaving scars yet again! But I still kept using it, and no more came. I am still using it, but my skin tone is back to uneven. It has kept pimples away, but the scars are AWFUL and NOTHING will even hide them. FML.

  • Cetaphil Moisturizing Lotion

    Cetaphil Moisturizing Lotion

    Amazing for face and body!

Bottom Line: I am completely and hopelessly in love with this product! Great moisturizer for face and body hands down! Full Review: This lotion is so good for any part of your body that you are wishing to moisturize! I originally got it a few months ago with the facial cleaner, but I never really used it because I was using the yellow Clinique moisturizer, but about a month ago, I found it under my sink, and the Clinique lotion just wasn't doing anything for me anymore, so I started using this. At that point my skin was starting to become very dry. I used this, and my skin greatly improved! It is a great moisturizer for sensitive skin, and it works well all over your body! I really like it! Sometimes it feels a little bit too moisturizing though, but thats not often at all! If your looking to get a reliable moisturizer, this is your stuff!

  • Stila All Day Waterproof Smudge Stick Eye Liner
    7.0

Stila All Day Waterproof Smudge Stick Eye Liner

    GREAT! Except for Waterline :/

Bottom Line: This is a really, really good product for just a regular eyeliner to use on your top lid or below the water line, but it does NOT stay on the water line for more than 2 hours. Full Review: This product is mas o menos (so so). I use eyeliner every single time that I apply makeup, and I only put it on my water line, except for those certain times when I feel like putting it on the top lid. This product is not good to use on your water line. At all. Well, thats a lie. I mean it isn't THAT bad... It only lasts for like, 2 or 3 hours at the most though, which really is a huge problem for me, because I'm at school for 6 hours, and my eyeliner is gone by my 3rd class! That is a huge problem for me. All I want, is a good water line eyeliner. In fact, if any one knows one, can they please contact me? Haha sorry, I went a little off topic. So continuing with the review, I really just wish that it lasted longer. For the first hour or two, its perfect! It actually comes out very black (like some claim to do, but usually don't) and that is one thing I really like about this. For those who don't put it on the water line, I really do recommend this product. It works so well when you aren't trying to make it stay on the water line! Ugh, I just wish it did. I still have yet to find something that does stay, and I just ordered another stila eyeliner, which I am hoping works better. But even though it doesn't stay for as long as I might like for it too, I still use it every day, because I am not just getting rid of something I spent twenty dollars on. I normally wait for deals when it comes to makeup, but I really thought this would work, because a couple of my friends had suggested it to me. I really like the design of the product too! It's a little black stick with a twisty tip! The only problem I have with it, is that if you break the tip, you can't sharpen it, and also my twisty part is super duper loose now :( I thought that since this was such a respectable brand their containers would be good quality too but I guess not.. maybe mine is just defective. Haha. Well all in all, this product is a very, very good one, if you are not planning on using it for your water line. If you are, steer clear, and try something else. I don't have any recommendations, because I have yet to find one for myself, but this works great on any other place you may want to use eyeliner. Actually, it works good on your upper water line, just not the lower one! Sorry, just realized that. But yes, this is not for your lower water line if you are looking for something that will stay for a very long time! Hope I helped!

  • Clinique Chubby Stick Moisturizing Lip Colour Balm

Bottom Line: I HATE IT! It added no color to my lips, and made them feel kind of sticky and gross. Full Review: During one of the special sale "buy something get this" deals, I ended up with one of these as a free gift. It was a coral color, which I thought would work wonderfully! So I waited till I got home and I excitedly opened the package. I had never used a chubby stick before, and I was pretty excited for it! I applied it, and nothing. Nothing happened at all! It isn't like my lips are really pigmented or anything, but this chubby stick did absolutely nothing! I stood there for like, 5 minutes just going back and forth over my lips, and nothing changed! I took some of the top product off, and tried again, but still nothing! Not to mention, my lips were just getting caked and sick at this point. I was very disappointed, and I really really wish that this worked better.

  • Urban Decay Urban Defense Tinted Moisturizer

Bottom Line: I use this tinted moisturizer everyday, and it covers pretty well, but I still need to use concealer and a powder with it, because it doesn't have exactly enough coverage. Full Review: So, I really do like this product. It was one of the first of Urban Decay that I had used. I really only got it because it was super cheap on HauteLook and I desperately needed a new foundation, or something. The thing I LOVE about it though, is that I barely moisturize my face anymore, because I wear this everyday, and it keeps my skin from being dry. It doesn't cause me to breakout, and I have pretty sensitive skin, so this is a super plus for me. My one big problem with this, is that there isn't as much coverage as I would like to have in my daily product, but I understand that it is only but a tinted moisturizer, so it doesn't have a lot of coverage. The one thing it kind of helps me cover, which pretty much nothing else does, are my acne marks. I have very light skin, and I have these two awful, and noticeable dark, brown acne scars on my chin, and the tinted moisturizer covers them quite well. I find myself applying this with a makeup sponge and dabbing it on, because I still haven't gotten to the mall to get a stippling brush. I think that once I begin using a stippling brush, the product will have more coverage, which I am looking forward to. The stippling brush will give it a more airbrushed effect, which I hope to achieve. The other products I wear along with this to cover my redness, acne scars, and occasional pimple, are a revlon spa concealer used on only the trouble marks and under my eyes, and a dusting of covergirl pressed powder. I hate cake, and this application of 3 products leaves my skin pretty well covered, and natural looking. My face has a very uneven tone, so it is very important to make it even, which this product does alone, and I like that. Also, many people complain about the pump and the bottle design, but I personally like it a lot. The pump is easy to use, and I hate bottles like the new design is. This may sound very stupid, but because of the bottle change, I may not find myself getting this product again. I cannot deal with bottles with squirty things on the end. I prefer a pump over anything else. Thankfully, the product takes quite a long time to run out, so I still have a good amount left. Also, I got a darker tone for summer, and since summer is approaching, I should be able to use this until christmas, or at least fall. I really like this product, and I think that it is worth getting. If you go to my profile, you will see that I posted a picture of it, because I liked it so much. Since this is probably going to no longer be a product of mine that I use in 6 or so months, I decided to stock up on the Stila sale at HauteLook for their foundations, because I didn't want to end up liking the product a lot and not being able to keep buying it, like this product.

    Revlon Age Defying Spa Concealer

    Pretty Gooodd..............

Bottom Line: Good product, Not cakey at all (which I GREATLY appreciate, and not very expensive. Full On Review: This product was not bad at all, but I remember it working much better last year. I think they might have changed their formula, along with the packaging. Now it comes in a box like container, and that made it hard to find for me, because I hadn't gotten it in so long. I remembered loving it, so I thought that I would get it again. It does cover dark circles pretty well, but its not perfect. I Really wanted to try onee of the Yves Saint Laurent ones, but in my opinion, they are somewhat cakey! I cant deal with cake, or fake looking makeup. It works very well to cover up blemishes, but does NOT cover my 2 acne scars on my chin. They are quite dark, and large. The product made them somewhate worse, and didnt cover, which dissapointed me. This product is nothing too special, but it does the job!

  • Clinique 7 Day Scrub Cream Rinse-off Formula

Clinique 7 Day Scrub Cream Rinse-off Formula

Very Happy! Until It Took A Turn For The Worst...

Bottom Line: This product is not for those with sensitive skin. Even though I have not heard of similar instances, this burned my face, but the first few days, it worked wonderfully! Fulll out Review: For me, Clinique either works AMAZINGLY, or it SUCKS and I walk away with burn marks on my face. The yellow mosturizer works perfectly and amazingly for me, but the first product I encountered which burned me was the All About Eyes creams. This, was wonderful and my favorite product for the first four days, until on the fifth, I noticed red marks forming on my face, but I continued using the product. The next day, the marks had officialy turned into red, hurtful, and gross looking burns! Isn't clinique FOR sensitive skin? Not the way it works... but anyways, this product failed me in the end. For the first few days, my face got soft and smooth! Being the idiot that I am, I decided to try this product once again a few weeks ago, seeing if it was just a fluke reaction that wasnt going to happen again. I again used it for 4 days, and on the 5th, I saw the red marks returning, and I immediatley stopped the use of the product. Even though I had stopped using it, they turned into burns, and I was once again left with EXTREMELY painful red marks. I did not appreciate that. All I wanted, was nice and smooth skin, from a trusted brand, that is supposed to be "for sensitive skin" and I ended up burned. No pun intended. I honestly have perfectly normal skin, that is only slightly sensitive, and I just don't understand why Clinique doesn't work! I just need to find a good brand I can rely on 100% and I wish that I could say Clinique was it, but I just can't. I would love to try so many of their products, but I'm not wasting fifty dollars on some product that doesn't do anything for me or leaves me with burn marks. I am very very very dissapointed, and dont understand what is wrong with my skin. I have not yet heard of any one else with a similar issue though, so I am not sure. Since I want to use the left over product as to not waste it, I might try this again in a few weeks, or maybe even months. I have used it in the late fall and winter, so maybe if i wait till summer, or at least spring, it will work better. That is what I am hoping very much for, but if I end up with burn marks yet again, I am going to just be angry and upset. I might even just email the clinique company with my issues. I hope that no one has an expierience like mine, and this product works, but I just cannot give it the review I want to. I apologize for the surplus of words, but I felt it neccesary for this review! Hope it was helpful! Good luck!

    Clinique All About Eyes

    Burned my face..

This product is awful! I used it for about 3 days, not noticing any change, and the fourth day, I woke up with red marks under my eyes that hurt! I realized they were burns, and immediatley stopped using the product. I can't even believe how an eye cream can leave burns on my face, but it did, and they were there for at least a week. I was not happy at all, and the product didn't even work, before the burns. I was very dissapointed after so many good things I had heard from friends. If you have even slightly sensitive skin, I advise that you do not even attempt a sample of this product, as you may end up with a burned face, like me. And the worst part about it was that the burning occured in the winter, so I looked like a fool. THANKS CLINIQUE! NOT... So bottom line: Not worth the money...at all.... please... don't try it... Not for those with slightly sensitive skin.
