This mu really disappointed me

I was really excited about ordering this mu. It looked great in the jar until I tried to apply it. Not matter what I used, be it fingers, various types of sponges, and taklon mu brush, this stuff would not blend properly. It dried on the skin before it could be blended evenly. It settled into my every pore, (and I don't have large pores) and it sticks to every tiny facial hair. Even though the shade matched was a great match to my skin, the mu was still very visible.It looked awful in natural,outdoor light. I tried it with different moisturisers, and with/without a primer, and with 2 different primers (Smashbox and Laura Mercier). Nothing made this stuff work! I really wanted to love it, b/c I ordered 2 shades! I have many different foundations, and I can usually make even a mediocre one work with the right application and underlayer. This one just really stumps me! Unless you can return it, please don't buy!

Don't waste your money

This mascara is marketed as the drugstore alternative to Kiss Me and other mascaras that create little tubes around lashes that wash off with warm water. This is untrue. This mascara was dry and goopy when I opened it. It also had a strong fumey odor that was very chemical, faintly like motor oil. It was a nightmare to apply, balling up on the tips of the lashes like old, dried up mascara. It started to crumble within two hours, getting into my eyes. I looked in a mirror and it looked like someone had taken a pepper shaker to my cheeks! I gave it second try, making sure my lashes were completely clean and dry; carefully applying. The results were exactly the same! About 5 or 6 of my friends bought this around the same time last month,and only 1 person got a decent result; the rest got the exact same result as I did. I can honestly say this is the worst mascara I have ever tried!

Good cleanser, easy on sensitive skin

Seems pricy, but really comes out to 1.00 per oz. when bought on QVC. A quarter sized squirt easily removes all mu, including all but the toughest mascara, so it's actually no more expensive than popular drugstore cleansers. It rinses off easily, and doesn't strip my slightly dry skin.
