I was hesitant at first mainly because the shape of the brush has a ball at the end of the wand, it just looked weird! But now that I've tried it, I love it! The wand design provides full coverage on even teeniest tiny lashes, doesn't clump or smear, and provides beautiful application. It did take a few tries to figure out how to use the wand to achieve a certain look (it can provide a more dramatic or more subtle style, depending on preference). The only "problem", if even, is you have to be a little cautious to not get too much mascara on the wand, unless your going for a more dramatic look. This mascara is a great deal
