Not my favorite curling iron, but it works well by all means! The tool gets hot quickly and stays hot after use. By far the best part about this curler is that the cord truly does not get tangled.

My hair naturally falls and dries very flat, so finding this product was a God send. After 5-6 sprays all around my scalp and 30-seconds of hastily massaging the product into my scalp, I blow-dry and style my hair as usual and there is quite a noticeable OOMPH of volume to my hair. I usually wash my hair every other day, and still notice some of the volume present even on day 2. Some additional perks to the product -- it doesn't have any weird smells and doesn't leave my hair greasy. Not sure yet if there will be any lasting effects, but at least it solves my volume problem temporarily.

Does nothing for freckles, great for lightening skin
Originally picked this up to lighten the freckles on my skin, and the product didn't help at all. But it does work great for lightening the rest of my skin. I had a slight appearance of a mustache above my lip that was a result of darkened skin from waxing. After a week of daily applications under my moisturizer to the skin above my lip, it worked like a charm and made the "mustache" look go away.

I love the immediate feeling it gives my face after application-it really does feel hydrating. But I don't feel like it's moisturizing on its own, so I would suggest applying a moisturizer on top.

Comes with a brush that is convenient to have when traveling. For regular use, I preferred to use my own powder brush. The powder itself worked really well for me. I have skin that is prone to becoming greasy throughout the day, and this product helped to keep the shine off my face,

I have the Light/Medium NYX stick and it made me look super pale and ghost-like. I have olive skin, for reference. I would recommend selecting a shade darker than one would anticipate. The product fortunately doesn't feel heavy on my skin , and setting the look with powder is a definite must or else I risk looking greasy all day.

I don't dislike the way it smells, but I'm not a fan of it either. Faintly smells like grandma and dried apricots, but at least it is not a scent that lingers. I'll overlook this since I'm in love with many of the key ingredients: bamboo extract, vitamin c, retinol, evening primrose extract, yeast extract, chamomile extract, and peptides to name a few. And love how it leaves a baby smooth feel to my skin after application.

Love that it's an all-in-one bottle: sunscreen (spf30), moisturizing, and a great foundation. Feels lightweight on my skin and coverage looks natural. Also love that it doesn't make my skin look or feel greasy, even at the end of the day. Would recommend!

Straightener is quick to heat up. I have thick hair and have to go over each piece 2-3x, so it works well but not perfectly. Can be used to curl hair as well, since the sides have a nice rounded edge.
