I've used several dozen brands of makeup brushes over the years and Eco Tools are by far the best. This little brush kit has everything you need for daily makeup application. I use almost every single one, every time I do my makeup. The bristles are soooo soft, unlike most makeup brushes. I really love this set and highly recommend it!!! It is worth every penny. The powder brush in this kit works just as well as another powder brush I have that cost $75... That says A LOT!

This is absolutely my favorite brush for applying eyeshadow. It's super soft, not picky at all. Great for shading and doing a smokey eye affect. Tried to do the smoky eye with several other brushes and it looked horrible every time. Then I tried it with this brush, and now I get it perfect every time. LOVE this brush!! It's just as good as the more expensive brands, but costs a lot less so you really can't go wrong with this one.

This is one of my favorite brushes in my makeup kit. It is excellent for applying eyeshadow on upper and lower lids, as well as eyebrows. It's super soft, not picky or scratchy like most brushes. Plus it's eco-friendly! Just as good as the expensive brands, but costs a lot less!

It's super soft like chinchilla fur so it's super gentle on your skin. Applies powders evenly for great coverage everytime. I washed it and it still works great. I highly recommend this brush because it's just as good as the more expensive brushes, but costs a lot less!!! All of the Eco Tools products are awesome... I also like the blush brush and eyeshadow brush too!!

I decided to give The Magic Buffer a try on my tired nails and ended up very pleased with the results. It works very quickly… you buff your nails with the printed side for a few seconds, then switch to the other side (labeled “shineâ€) ti shine your nails. It’s that easy and it you can be done, both hands in less than 3 minutes. nubar-in-nailpro-magIt made my nails so shiny, they looked like I had used a super high gloss clear coat of nail polish on them… except they were smooth too! Just beautiful. I thought about taking a pic of my nails to show you how well it works, but I have short stubby nails right now and didn’t think would be very impressive… hehe I don’t know why this one works so much better than all the other nail buffers I’ve tried, but for $5.99 you just can’t go wrong. Plus, Magic Buffer was in NAILPRO magazine’s February 2009 issue in the “Get Gritty / Buffers†article.

I got a sample size version of this from ordering on the MAC website and I was anxious to try it. It totally disappointed me. If you want clumpy, stubby, caked up spider lashes, then this ones for you. Completely worthless. I'm sticking with my CoverGirl Lashblast...

This is the best invention EVER. It's extremely easy to use and it even pulses when you need to switch cheeks! It cleanses my skin better than anything else and I’ve had way less blackheads and pimples since I started using it. My skin has improved so much since I started using a Clarisonic. I personally don’t have room om my counter top for it and I keep it in the cupboard, plugged in. But if I HAD counter space for it, I would definitely have it out there. It’s sleek and looks fine with ANY bathroom decor. Yes, it is incredibly expensive, BUT I think it’s worth it because of how well it works. I had acne for over 15 years and I barely ever have pimple now. It cleanses my pores of everything and I couldn’t be happier with this product. And I haven’t talked to anyone who thought otherwise!

The new Covergirl LashBlast Volume Blasting Mascara in Black is amazing. This one has a rubber brush like Max Factor, but it's much fatter. The container is quite large, so I find that it takes a little more finesse to apply, but in the end produces an even less clumpy lash than Max Factor. I have a new favorite!! I have very thin, sparse eyelashes and if I don't wear mascara, you can't even tell that I have eyelashes. So now, it's the one thing I won't leave the house without, even if I'm going swimming. Thank goodness Covergirl also made a waterproof version of LashBlast! (Look for the blue label.) I have found that many times, the waterproof version of mascara is thinner and is almost sticky when applying it. But the LashBlast waterproof mascara applies the same and looks just as good as the non-waterproof version. So yes, I must say that Covergirl LashBlast Volume Blasting Mascara is my new favorite. I hope that they will improve the container, as that is my only complaint. The product itself is nearly flawless and makes my eyelashes look great every time.

I tried the SkinCeuticals AOX Body Treatment for 4 weeks. The smell is pleasantly intoxicating. Very fresh and spring-like. It smooths on your skin so easily and leaves you feeling like you just had a spa treatment. After it dries on your hands, it feels a little bit sticky, which was weird. But that feeling only lasted for a few minutes. It improved the look of my skin in just 1 week, after applying it once a day. And I used it very sparingly because of the price. I didn't want to waste it! This lotion is truly amazing though. Very good results in a short amount of time. It even improved the skin on my feet which are still trying to get over the long, hard winter they endured. If you can afford it, I would highly recommend using SkinCeuticals AOX Body Treatment.

This is my favorite eye liner in the world. Maybelline Unstoppable Eye Liner in "Pewter" works so well, stays on for a long time, and isn't that expensive. This waterproof liner glides on to define your eyes effortlessly for ultra-smooth application. And it's smudge-proof, stay-put formula won't budge until you want it to!
