About Me
In the past 15 months I have lost approximately 75 pounds and have gone from wearing sizes 22-24 to 14 and am in desperate need of some tightening exercises that are easier to do for those with limited mobility as I have severe back problems.
I need tightening in my arms, stomach, buttocks and thighs.....anyone out there that can help me?
