best eyeliner ever

I have watery eyes and have always had a hard time with eyeliner. This product does everything it claims. I also love that I can put this on the inner rim of my eye without and problems. This is now the only eyeliner I would use.

Leaves skin soft

This cream is wonderful. I love the way it leaves my skin feeling. The only thing is it has a rather stonge smell. Very perfumy.
