If you bleach hair or have Highlights..DO NOT USE THIS SHAMPOO!!! I made NUMEROUS phone calls to salons asking if Redken Nature's Rescue is moisturizing and gentle enough to use on bleached hair. I was told this product is Perfect for my type of hair. Well take it from me IT IS NOT! My hair feels EXTREMELY DRY and I also have experienced BREAKAGE! To top it off ...the salon where I bought it will not allow me to return it.

GREAT PRODUCT!!! GETS THE GUNK OUT AND LEAVE YOUR HAIR PERFECT! Must be why it was discontinued?! If anyone knows of a close alternative please list it! Will Be Sadly Missed!

I never was really impressed with the conditioner included with haircolor. This was no exception.

I agree with the fact it does not CLEAN the hair. Smells good, tingles a bit, but not all that deep cleaning

Good product at first. Loved it. Then about a week later the product dried out and was extremely difficult to use. Turned dry and cakey

This product does work. Due to sensitive eyes...I didn't like the residue left behind. I have to agree with an earlier preview baby oil work just as well.

My hair did not respond positively to this shampoo. Seemed to bulk my hair. Hair felt coated.

I bought this partially because of the promise of great hair and partially because of the smell. Ok, smell is not a good reason, but it was a convincing one. Well, the smell wound up being the best part. This stuff is terrible. It is like a silicon type goop. It made my hair anything but smooth or silky. More like gross. The salon then tried to tell me I didn't use it correctly. Anyway you use this stuff it is terrible!!!!
