Ok well not really, but this does smooth over the ridges so that your nail polish goes on smoothly. I've used others and they just leave the nail bed white. This does not leave the nail bed white and dries clear.

Borghese has SOME nice colors. Majority of the colors are dark, for autumn. I did find one color that is gorgeous over others, Patina Pearl. This has a wonderful sheen and makes you feel like you could have glitter without feeling like an adolescent. i gave the polish 9 stars because the formula is quite runny. Other than that, I would buy these for the price. ($8 normailly, $4 on clearance at Ulta).

This polish was very gloopy. Maybe that's why it was on sale. Oh well! At least it was only $2! The colors are actually very nice and I would use them with more frequency if it didn't take 3 or more coats to cover my nail. I'm going to have to add nail polish thinner to bring the thickness of the lacquer down.

Nice concept, but not really well thought out. The polish leaked out of the stick and all over my other Essie and OPI polishes. The colors are very limited. I'll stick to Nic's Sticks mother company, OPI!

I used this for over two months (I change my nail laquer every week) and I didn't see any difference. I thought for sure I would at least see some type of change. Nope none at all. Save your money on this product.

Not the best nail polish I have tried but the colors are still quite comparable to name brand colors. I found that Sun-sational is close to Chanel's Mimosa without the micro-glitter. The polish gets a little goopy on the stem of the brush and the lip of the bottle. All in all, if these retail for close to $8, they are not worth it.

I have learned to love this product. Vaseline is my go to when I have no mascara or don't want to use the waterproof one. I simply take an eyeliner brush and sweep it in the Vaseline and then sweep it again on my lashes. I also use it during the winter instead of a hand cream. It does wonders!

I absolutely love Essie nail polishes. The colors are beautiful and they cover the nail in a minimum of 2 coats! My favorite colors for fall are Chinchilly and Midnight Cami. Chinchilly is a cross between gray and beige the ultimate greige! Midnight Cami is a very dark blue on the verge of black. The only thing that keeps it from looking black is when it catches the light, it has a blue shimmer to it.

I hate to be a nay-sayer in a bunch of good reviews, but this just did not live up to its claims. I followed the directions and hoped that I had found a mass produced fast drying top coat. I did not. This left my nail polish with smears. I was very disappointed seeing that I use the Poshé fast drying top coat. Oh well! The search continues!

I have been trying to find a blue that doesn't make me feel like a teenager. CG has created the most eye popping blue aptly named "For Audrey." It reminds me of a Tiffany box blue. I have also painted Lippmann's Happy Birthday over "For Audrey" and it does not detract from the polish but rather enhances it. CG also has a wonderful variety of reds. One of my favorite is named "Strawberry Fields." It consists of a pinky red with gold flecks, not exactly glitter or shimmer.
