I'm lucky to have normal skin without any major skin issues, but being a college student, hormonal acne and breakouts are still rather common. An unflattering pimple or a small cluster here or there is rather normal. My friend recommend Clearisil to me, and I had my doubts, but I was wrong! It worked very quickly and my acne (if not picked) faded/reduced in size within a day or two. There is a little burning sensation and the product can be VERY drying. I have to apply moisturizer like crazy to prevent irritation and flaking. WARNING: IT WILL BLEACH YOUR CLOTHES. If not careful, the peroxide is strong enough to bleach your towels, clothes, pillowcase, etc.

I use this as a face cleanser if I have heavy-duty hard to remove makeup, brush cleaner, and occasional laundry detergent substitute. I can't use it on my body and hair, which I find to be way too drying. The tea tree, peppermint, and lavender are my favorites!

A brush this thin seems like a great idea in theory until you try to line your eyes. To get a cat eye that actually shows requires so much effort to PAINT it on. It's okay for creating the winged tip, but to actually line the eye, it's a no-no in my book. Also does not dry as fast as some of my other liquid liners. For the price, I guess it's a good alternative. But there are better buys in the drugstore.

I go through A LOT of eyeliner, and I mean it. Drugstore, high end, you name it. If it's in a retractable pencil form, I've tried it. In the end, I go back to this trio set. Always. Forever. I can't even begin to stress how freaking great these are, especially for the price. The neutral/nude trio is my hands down favorite. I love each and every color but the dark brown is perfect. I wish they sold it separately. The best part about these liners? They do not budge, flake, smudge. anything, you name it. I can go through a full day, sweat and all, and my eyeliner will look just a bit faded after a solid 12+hour day. Yet they come right off when I wash my face with cleanser. I can't ask for anything else, really.

I loved the champagne shade in the set, but the packaging on these (while pretty) is awful. One broke at the base and I wasn't even being heavy-handed with it. And as other reviewers have pointed out, the cap is a pain in the rear. Might be better as a pencil form, like the Rimmel ones.

discontinued but still a no-no
I believe this product has been discontinued. I still see it carried in discount stores but after trying it once, I'm not down for a repurchase. It's a convenient powder-pen styled powder. I liked using it on my t-zone for a quick touch-up, but a concealer/foundation HAHA no. there was virtually no coverage.

I read rave reviews of this product but it just wasn't doing it for me. I hate the packaging. I liked that it was talc-free. I liked the texture, but it was a total mess. The free brush was scratchy (I just threw it out) and after a while I just stopped using it because it wasn't worth accidentally spilling powder or looking ashy.

1. BRUSH TIP: perfect for a clean cat eye. I can't stand it when felt tips wear down. I also love how easy it is to draw a line with a brush tip. 2. Nice rich black. It could be darker, but it's literally half the cost of the high-end alternatives so I'm not complaining. 3. Water resistant: doesn't budge or smear or flake!!! Actual lash growth? I can't tell as I'm using a lash serum, but with a solid product like this, I'm happy with or without it.

Bought mine at a discounted price and I've been loving it so far! I can get the tiny little hairs with ease and supposedly tweezerman provides a free sharpening service. The only thing I dislike is that it can feel a touch too mini. I would love it if it were just maybe a centimeter longer, but then I suppose that defeats the whole "mini" marketing.

Affordable, wide color range with different finishes, classic packaging, and not drying! What more can I ask for? I have it in a few colors, but my hands down favorite is Sakura Blossom. It's a gorgeous red that can lean a bit on the pink side on lips that are less pigmented. It's a perfect red lip shade that is once again, SUPER affordable. Formulation is great. Not too slippery and will leave a pretty stain when it does fade, which for me, is approximately 4ish hours of wear.
