I am 60 years young. I have lost from 312#'s to 132#'s and kept it off for15 years all on my own. I have a lot of extra skin from the weight loss and will have to live with it. I compensate for it by keeping my hair nice and rying to keep my skin care great and make up and sunscreen use regular. I make my own sun block and night skin lotion. I am full time care giver for my 70 year old husband of 42 years.
