I have used Crest Whitestrips for years now. I use them everyday for 30 minutes until the package is gone. I usually use them a couple times a year since I drink colas, coffee and wine. This summer my dentist offered a free coupon for professional teeth whitening which was a $375.00 offer. I took him up on this offer because I thought I could get my teeth really white once and for all. After 3 trips to the dentist for a checkup, impressions and fittings I received my kit. You put this gel in trays made especially for your teeth and leave it on 30 minutes twice a day. I use it even though my gums burn because I figured this will work. After going thru this pain my teeth are no whiter than when I used Crest whitestrips. I will never stop using the whitestrips. Crest Whitestrips are certainly alot cheaper than my dentist.
