For an every day shampoo not bad. It really helps make your hair more brilliant. I have to say that the moisturizing version of this shampoo and conditioner is my fav.

For shampoo that is moisturizing and cheap you cant beat this product. It has great oils and it really feels like its helping those dry stands of hay like hair. It always improves the my blonde highlights and gives them and extra shine. it helps with dull looking hair. i have bleached hair and this stuff works really well for what you are paying for

Maybe its just my skin and my body but this product just doesnt work for me. First i put it on and need reapplication by the middle of the day. Second which is the bid one is that it dries me out and i get terrible iching fits.

honestly this stuff is ok. you can get the same benefits with some regular soap and a loofa. If it makes you feel better to buy a scrub instead then go for it. its drying abrasive and really does not get the dirt out. Again soap and a loofa will do the same
