-pigmented but never really sets so it fades or wipes off during day -also easy to use but u must buy nyx sharpener becuz no other sharpener fits it -get yogurt shape for waterline

I purchased the Kajal soft kohl eyeliner.. It is amazing.. Stays on so long.. So pigmented for a pencil eyeliner.. CHEAP too! This must have should be on the top of ur shopping list
