I am always really skeptical about peels and masks. I don't think they really do anything most of the time besides momentarily soften your skin. I tried this because I've been wanting to get a spa-grade chemical peel but have been kind of scared to do so. This is advertised to be gentler than a full-on chemical peel but with similar results, so I thought what the heck. I tried it at night before bed. The directions say to only leave it on for 1-2 minutes, and i can see why. It tingles like crazy! I rinsed it off after 60 second and my skin looked kind of red, like I just did a 15-minute mud mask. The next morning my skin was sooooo soft. I had no inflammation or redness, even the red acne marks I've had for years looked less noticeable. I've done it twice now while using the same company's Glycolic Cleanser and my skin is so glowy and less textured. I think I've found my holy grail weekly treatment!

I struggle with clogged pores and congestion - this cleanser reaaaaaally helps keep my skin clear. It's surprisingly gentle for an AHA product, but I still use it just at night. It feels so much better than burning my face off with salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide! It's also helping with some hyperpigmentation left over from my teenage acne. Love it!
