Soft Sheen Carson Dark and Lovely Permanent Hair Colour

I have used this hair color for many ,many years without any problems. In January of 2016 I used the NEW formula and a BURN/sore covered my scalp. I also have heard of another woman who was sent to the hospital because the color went through her skin . The formula has been changed (I believe to accommodate the WEAVE) and is TOO STRONG for natural hair. There is a small number of AA women who DO NOT wear the WEAVE, WE WANT TO LOOK GOOD TOO. WHAT ABOUT US ????????
