I definitely notice that my teach appear whiter. I even had people ask if I had my teach professionally whitened. The problem was that I could even finish the full box because it made my teach so sensitive. After three days it I would get sharp pains in my teeth for no reason. It was always because of hot and cold food. It whitened my smile, but it was torture.
