disapointed in l'oreal!

im disapointed ,! iv tried loads of mascaras and i know whats good and not !. this is rubbish and a waist of money! , its suposed to give volume! it clumped ! stays wet and sticky! im left with one big clumpd eyelash! .. and i feel like im tearin my eyelashes out when im washing it off! :(
