I loved using this on clients with major damage because it really does make the hair much more manageable and easier to style. While you can see some results after a few uses, this really needs continued use to really work its magic. I always recommend this to anyone getting chemical treatment on their hair. It's a bit pricey but a bottle does last for awhile & if your hair is damage prone or already has a lot of damage, it's worth it. And it smells lovely to boot. I will say though, honestly, if you have pretty healthy hair you probably don't need to invest in this.

I have tried all of John Frieda's anti-frizz serums & this one is my favorite. It is slightly weaker than the extra strength formula in the purple bottle, but since I have minimal frizz and damage this isn't a problem for me. The thermal protector seems to work rather well; it offers a good deal of protection but as with all other hair protectors, it can't ward off all damage so keep that in mind. It is very light-weight & makes it look like your hair is naturally shiny. If you have a lot of frizz or damage, I recommend that you invest in something like Redken's anti-frizz serums because these just aren't strong enough for major frizz.

This definitely works better than the original serum. It's very light one your hair and won't weight it down so long as you remember not to overuse it. I have thick, wavy hair that reaches mid-back and I only use a dime sized amount. You don't need anymore than that. Since you can use so little, it lasts quite awhile. It's still not as good as some more expensive brands, but if you don't have major frizz problems, save your money and use this. If you need more control, I'd invest in Redken's anti-frizz serum.

This isn't a bad product but it isn't enough if you have really bad frizz. If you need just a little frizz control, this will work nicely to smooth some of it; you'll need more products otherwise. If you add just a little, you'll have beautiful shine though. I also love that they changed the nozzle so that you twist it closed which is nice because you can throw it in your bag and not worry about getting icky oil stains all over.

I recommend not using this on actually wet hair, it's better on damp, best on dry. It does okay on wet hair but you have to go over a section around 3 times to make sure it's fully dry & straightened. The biggest reason I say don't use it on wet or damp hair is that that is terrible for your hair. It leads to breakage, frizz, & icky split ends. Wet hair is really fragile even if you have healthy hair but especially if you have hair with any damage or chemical treatments & using hot tools on them is just too damaging. On dry hair, it does a great job straightening and keep frizz at bay. I bought when I was in the eighth grade. I'm now in college and still have that same iron & it still heats up just as well today as it did years ago.

This iron works very well- it can get very hot very fast & styling time with this was super short. It was also very inexpensive & curls and flips with this last all day. It gave me great waves & curls. It lasted me about 2 years before the heating began sporadically turning off. I don't know how long it would last with normal use because I basically used it to touch up spot of bead head since I already have wavy hair. Still my favorite though because you can't beat the price or performance.

I had this years ago & I just gave up on it. I went through 2 or 3 of these because they broke so often. They get pretty hot & would do the job so someone with thinner hair or someone who doesn't have very curly hair. I have thick, wavy hair that can be frizzy at times & I would have to go over thin sections about 3 times to get it perfectly smooth & straight so I spent a lot of time styling when I used this tool. The worst part is that after all that time and effort, my hair would start getting wavy soon after & frizzy. So glad I got rid of this.

I love the shave gel bars & you get a pretty decent shave from these but i do have some issues with these. First is that they aren't that much better than the disposable version of the Spa Breeze so you might as well just get the disposables & save some cash. Second is that the bars seem to always use up really unevenly which isn't to big of a problem until you get close to finishing the bars because then you have to use something to keep from tugging your skin which is what the bars were supposed to do in the first place! Also, the bars do run out rather quickly if you happen to leave them in a wet shower; this translates to having to change cartridges more often & more spending. Even if your blades aren't dull, the head is just so big and unwieldy and just kind of gets in the way if you need to get into smaller areas. I give the disposable ones a higher rating because they work just as well & don't drain your wallet.

This doesn't give me as close of a shave as the Venus embrace, but I do like the smaller head because it's a bit easier to maneuver and get into small spots. On the plus side they are a bit cheaper, but I'm willing to pay extra & deal with a larger cartridge to shave less often.

These wipes work really well provided that you aren't trying to remove makeup (especially waterproof) with them. They built in cleanser is super gentle and the wipes themselves are very soft so they're great if your skin is sensitive, irritated, or breaking out. It does a nice job of cleaning & doesn't strip away moisture.
