My skintype: Acne-prone/combination My skintone: Fair with pink undertones I had high expectations when buying this foundation and it suprises me to say that it fulfilled almost all of them. My shade matched me excellently, the coverage is medium but easily buildable, and the finish is a beautiful satin [natural/almost dewy]. It applies beautifully with a damp makeup sponge [my favourite method] but using your clean fingers or a stipling brush produces flawless results as well. True to its word, it diffuses imperfections and feels light as a feather--easy to forget you're wearing a foundation. No breakouts that I'm aware of, were caused by this product. It's the only base I've ever repurchased. However, it doesn't cover redness as well as I would like--I have a slight flush in my lower cheek area and it was never as muted as I would've preferred. Also, it's not a long-wearing foundation.

My skintype: Acne-prone/combination I could rave about this product for paragraphs. Let's get right to the goods: a little goes an excessively long way, a dime-sized amount is enough for my entire face. My skin feels completely clean and it removes makeup surprisingly well, with no residue. The scent is unoffensive and with no parabens or any other nasty shite--who could go wrong? This is a fantastic product and I would recommend it for all skintypes. Think of it as the better and more expensive version of Cetaphil.

Hairtype: Wavy/thick/medium texture This product is absolutely phenomenal--nothing has gotten rid of frizz the way this creme has. My application method is to leave my hair a step down from soaking wet, gather a quarter-sized amount of product between my hands, and distribute it by scrunching my hair in my hands. I then gently dry it by scrunching my hair, again, with a towel and then apply a second much smaller amount of the creme using the identical technique. I let my hair air-dry and it adopts beautifully effortless waves, and essentially zero frizz! It's slightly expensive [approx. $39 CAD] but for how little you need for it to do its job, this is worth the money. Just remember to not over-apply or allow much near your scalp.

My skintype: Acne-prone/combination My skintone: Fair with pink undertones I was disappointed that this product was not a match for my face. The cleanser itself is entirely decent--I commend it for the lack of chemicals and other irritating ingredients and how comfortable it left my skin after washing. [I use a prescription retinoid, meaning if I don't apply something immediately after cleansing--my face feels tight] However, keep in mind this is a milk cleanser and it will leave a film on your skin. [I was unaware of this when I purchased the product] This was one of the chief issues I had, being that I have the tendency to breakout--I detested the feeling of something being left on my face. Secondly, although this is marketed as a makeup removal fluid--if you're just using water to rinse the product off and not tissue [as I was], forget it. That said, if you have drier/sensitive skin--I don't see why this product wouldn't work for you.

My skintype: Acne-prone/combination My skintone: Fair with pink undertones This powder is a great product if you yearn for a poreless and shine-free finish to your face. The mattifying [I use this term lightly, it still leaves your face looking beautifully natural--not boldy matte] effects extend longer than any other powder I've used in the past. Although it is rather expensive [approx. $38 in CAD Sephora's] a little goes an extremely long way and the pot will last you for ages. That said, I feel uncomfortable about how easily this product is released into the air--even untwisting the lid will create a poof of powder. In addition, be aware that this will provide no coverage whatsoever--it is translucent.
