This is actually a genius product, IMO. I love that it doesn't irritate or tingle at all, like the Korres one does, and actually nourishes skin with oil at the same time to counteract the usual drying effects of a peel. That said, I do think the Korres made my skin a smidge brighter. But if my skin gets too irritated to handle it, I will happily use this in its place. My only gripe is that it's tough to get out of the bottle and I wasn't entirely sure how much I should be putting on the pads. But love that it's gentle enough to use 3 times/week.

Good but not great
This is a fine sunscreen for people who don't mind a thicker consistency. It smells nice. I don't really care if it's moisturizing since I feel like most sunscreens contain emollients. I like Palmer's, I like the price, but I'll reach for Hawaiian Tropic over this one.

This is a genius concept for the self-tanner-averse. It feels like such lower maintenance than most self-tanners, which I can't even. Sadly, there isn't a ton of color payoff. At four drops, I can barely tell I put on self-tanner. At 6, I can see a slight glow. I don't really want to have to use this every day for noticeable results. Also, once you have body lotion on your hands, this little tube becomes very tough to manipulate. I will still use this on occasion, but it's not as amazing as I hoped it would be.

I thought this was pretty thick and unmanageable to apply. It kept gooping up on me and I had a tough time getting a thin, even coat. That said, it did what it said and protected my nails for a few days chip-free. Still, I like the Seche Vite gel top coat better.

How does this manage to make my hands feel sooo immediately soft and plump? From the moment I put it on, I could not stop stroking my hands. My skin is softer than my baby's. Admittedly, it could absorb a tad more quickly, but I don't even care. I have finally -- FINALLY -- found a hand lotion I love. The scent is fresh, almost like a citrus-herb, and enjoyable, but subtle. I'm smitten.

I realize that I like this almost by default. I haven't found that perfect hand cream yet -- I like them super rich and hydrating to ward off old-lady hands. This one is definitely thick and absorbs quickly, which I appreciate. The scent is fine -- I don't love it but it's not off-putting either. But I just wish it had some other quality that would make me love it. For such a thick balm, it doesn't make my hands luxuriously soft.

This is a clean, tropical scent that is totally innocuous and pleasant, but not something I would associate with perfume I'd want on my body. More like an air freshener. I'd rather this in candle or diffuser form.

I got a free sample of this to try and -- what can I say? If someone gifted this to me, I'd be a happy girl and would use it all. But would I ever buy it? No way. It obviously doesn't get rid of stretch marks, but it is a nice, thick balm that I will use on my driest patches. It's too thick and greasy to even consider using on my entire body. So I put it on my cracked heels at night and put on socks over them, and voila -- soft feet come morning. Thing is, I tried this side by side with the Cerave healing ointment and the results were pretty darn similar. This one is just way more luxurious and good for the earth.

I thought this was just OK. Caligal wasn't exaggerating when she said you have to really work it into the skin. It just smears around my body for awhile, like it doesn't belong there. Way too much work for me. BUT I really do like the refreshing grapefruit scent, and it does leave my my skin soft. I just don't have the time or patience to work this into my skin. I expect a body butter to melt in on its own.

This is a really decent, hydrating lotion -- works much better than a lot of moisturizers that are this thin of a texture. The scent is on the stronger side, but pleasant. For all the hype, though, I expected this to absorb completely into the skin, leaving my skin feeling bare and powdery. Instead, it does leave a slightly tacky feeling, like most moisturizers. I will buy it again.
