This pencil is fine if you're on a budget. Micro pencils run out so quickly, so it is nice to have a cheap option. Though, honestly, the L'Oreal Brow Definer and NYX Micro Pencil are much better options in the same price range. The spoolie on this is so dinky, I just use my own brush. The medium brown shade also has an odd reddish hue, instead of the gray-brown most pencils come in. It happens to match my hair, but it's not for everyone. On the plus side, it goes on easily, blends pretty well and stays for most of the day.

Pretty, stay-put vibrant color that is easy to apply. Dries quickly and feels like it will have longevity, so it's surprising that it doesn't. It's also got an off-putting tacky texture that makes my lips stick together. It wears off within hours everywhere except the outer lips, so you look like you're rocking a lip liner only look. Not pretty.

If you want a close shave, add more blades to your razor. The 5-blade razor definitely does the trick and works well on my legs. But the shape and slickness of the handle doesn't work for me when I'm shaving my underarms. There, I need a different grip and my hands slide up and down the handle, so I can't get any grip. I'd rather see this offered with a more substantial handle and replaceable razors. $3/razor is still more expensive than the men's base cartridges I now use, which work just as well as these blades, but have a much more substanial handle.

This is the toothbrush of my dreams. Every time I go to the dentist, they ask me about my coffee habit, because of the tooth stains. Because my teeth are so sensitive, there are few if any whitening strips I can use to get rid of the discoloration between visits. Since using this toothbrush for a week, my teeth are visibly whiter and feel cleaner than ever. The rose gold details make it as pretty as it is effective. I thought the vigorous brushing would irritate my gums, but I haven't had a single issue. My only issue with the brush is the glass charging cup. You put your Sonicare in it as you would any other canister and it charges while it sits there. But the toothbrush isn't secured in any way, and the way it leans on the edge of the glass, I feel like it's only a matter of time before I catch my sleeve on it, knock it over and break it. I'd much rather a charging stand that locks it into place and isn't breakable. Other than that, I'm in love.

As a closet Gwyneth fan, I really wanted to like this night cream. The aesthetics of the packaging speak to me. And knowing Gwyneth (not personally) it probably contains only the finest organic ingredients that do magnificent things to your skin. But the product just didn't wow me. I found it to be dense and hard to absorb. It left my skin feeling hydrated enough the next morning, but nothing that made me jump for joy.

There are so many reasons why I like this face oil. It leaves my skin so soft and nourished-feeling. After putting it on my face at night over my moisturizer, I rub the leftover oil onto my hands in place of my usual hand cream, and my hards are crazy-soft when I wake up. One drawback of oils, for me, is their messiness, so I appreciate the compact packaging and the convenient pump, which keeps drips and spills at bay. I do wish this oil absorbed faster, but since I don't wear it during the day, it's not a huge issue for me.

As far as melting cleansers go, I put this one in the middle of the pack. The minimalist but subtantial packaging and light, herby scent feel luxe and spa-like, so washing your face feels like a special ritual. The cleanser is a solid balm that you really have to work between your hands to melt. It's more work than I'd care for (I guess I'm not that into rituals when I'm trying to get to bed). The directions recommend using a face cloth to wipe away the cleanser, and you definitely need one to get all of it off. Still, it leaves my skin feeling soft and clean.

I love this curling iron. I am not the most coordinated or patient person, so curling my hair was always a huge hassle until I tried the Beachwaver. You wouldn't think that a automatic wand would make such a difference, but it does. The tool heats up quickly. The controls are easy to figure out. I can curl my hair in record time -- and never burn myself. It takes all the grunt work out of curling my hair. I haven't touched another wand since (and I've got a lot of them).

I like to wear my hair straight pretty much every day, so I've gone through a lot of flat irons in my life. This is by far my favorite -- and the one I reach for every day. It straightens each strand in one pass, doesn't leave my hair looking parched, heats up so fast and never snags my hair. It doesn't hurt that it's also pretty to look at. I have it in sleek white.

I'm not a fan of eye cream -- they're always too rich and give me milia. This eye serum, though, is everything. Lightweight, fast-absorbing and a little goes a long way. It hydrates and plumps up to erase fine lines and gets rid of crepey skin.
