I've been using B&BW's anti-bacterial handsoaps, but seeking an alternative as my supply has dwindled down. I picked a bottle of Butter Soft up today, and can't praise it enough. It's awesome; I've been hooked since my first wash, and feel like I have new hands. They're so soft and smooth, and I haven't had to apply hand cream or lotion afterwards. B&BW's anti-bac moisturizing hand soaps seem heavy, and leave my hands feeling greasy in comparison. Butter Soft also exfoliates much better, while still managing to be gentle. Half a pump is enough to clean the hands, and I have a feeling this will last for quite some time. The product has a fresh, citrus scent, but it's not overpowering. I balked at the price, and only picked this up because this was on sale, but it's definitely worth $8.50, and I'll gladly pay full price in the future.

Lay It on Thick is awesome. I find it too heavy for a general moisturizer but it works miracles on my problem spots -- elbows, hands, knees, feet. I started using this last summer, and this winter was the first in sixteen years than an upstate NY winter did not leave me with cracked, bleeding hands and feet. The moisture is long-lasting, and definitely intense. A little does go a long way. I've been using the same 8oz tube since last summer, and am now just running out.

In my eyes, this product has few redeeming qualities and I won't purchase it again. I like the fact that it's small enough to toss into a bag, a purse, or glove compartment, and I love the wide variety of scents but rather than moisturizing my hands, it left them feeling gross and slick, even when used in small amounts. As a previous reviewer, I also dislike the use of Triclosan (which provides the antibacterial properties)
