well it didnt get rid of my teen acne but my mom uses it and likes it but it smells very strong you can feel it tingling when you use it but it is okay to use on sensitive skin because she has very sensitive skin it seemed to help with oil so i guess it depends on your skin and maybe its not ment for acne just oil control?
