I tried this out as an everyday sunblock for the face, because it said all that great stuff about being lightweight and non-greasy -- wrong! Thick, greasy, sticky, smelly. Leaves me shiny and makes crap stick to the face. Definitely helps the break-outs along if your skin likes to swing that way. Also, this stuff dries out in the pump, so every first pump of the day yields a lovely little lump (not such a huge deal, but kind of gross and a waste of product.

At first, when I switched to this from the regular acne cream cleanser, it felt like this dried my face out way more. After adjusting some of my other products in my routine, however, I seem to have found a good combo of acne- and wrinkle-fighting benefits.

From the description, you'd think this was more like an all-purpose color/stain, right? What shows up on your face, though, is more like silver glitter! Boo! It is also very soft, so it is really easy to apply way too much. On first try, my eyes and lips and cheecks looked almost solid silver... if you wipe most of it off the eyes and lips, it looks okay -- but I do not suggest this for the face, unless MAYBE as a highlighter, if applied in very gentle dabs.

The stuff my freind got from Costco is better. This is nice, but doesn't provide great coverage... and if you wanted to buy the concealer, foundation, blush, eyeshadow, and brushes from E.L.F., you'd still end up paying more than at Costco. Plus, the container is kind of small.

I first tried some of my freind's mineral makeup she got from costco... but then I saw this stuff for $5 and thought I'd try it out. It's still better than the non-mineral powder I'd used, but I the costco concealer deffinitely gave better coverage and hid the flaws... this stuff improves texture similarly, though. It's also a pretty darn small size.

I got this at Big Lots in a pack with the clarifying powder, and I'm glad it came with it, because I wouldn't have bothered getting a new brush. Not the softest ever, but it does a super job. Doesn't apply the makeup in harsh streaks or shed bristles on your face like some cheap brushes. Excellent blending capabilities. I use it for foundation as well as blush and bronzer.

Not the best of coverage or the best selection of colors... but still great for killing the shine. Feels absolutely wonderful and doesn't make you break out. I was so impressed I decided to try their mineral foundation, too!

I dunno. Maybe it's my weird, mixed-ethnicity lip color (i.e. hardly colored at all... a naturally nude look), but I didn't find these very sheer or moisturizing. The minty tingle makes you feel like something's happening, but after that you are back to dry. The watermelon color looks alright on me, though.

A lot of sunblocks for the face claim to be light, non-greasy, and non-comedogenic and end up being thick, sticky, shine-inducing, and (often) smelly. Olay's actually is everything it says it is... so light you would never think it was a UV lotion, loveyly scent, a godsend for people like me who need a moisturizer that does not exacerbate my acne problems. Huzzah.

Dry. Dry! DRY! That's all you get from this farce of a moisturizer. Steer clear!
