Wet n Wild H20 Proof Felt-Tip Liquid Eyeliner

Cheap, and STAYS ON!

I bought this stuff for $4 at CVS, and it works better than my 20 dollar liquid eyeliner. Wow. It is very durable, waterproof, smudgeproof, fadeproof, EVERYTHING. I will definitly be buying again when mine runs out. Only problem is waiting for it to dry!
