I first tried this at a professional makeup show... it's the real deal! Actually contains powered gold (which is good for your skin). It is so beautiful with out being sparkly. One of the best powdered shimmers I've seen. A little goes a long way and shows very nicely on the skin. You could use this how ever you wish, on eyes, mixed in with foundation on your cheeks or dusted on shoulders for a party! Really great. An added bonus is that her line is mineral based... so I'd assume this is too (good for sensitive skin).

I love this product. I use this everyday! In the summer you can use it in place of moisturizer if your skin is normal to oily. In the winter (now) I put it on after moisturizer instead of foundation... it is not quite a bronzer but gives a nice healthy glow. Has a subtle cucumber scent that I find very appealing. If they were to stop making this I'd squirrel some away so I'd have it for myself! It looks good, feels good, smells good. I love it! But, it's not a "cover up" or foundation... so if that is what you want get something heavier, or use this on top of what you normally use.

I love this gloss! It's beautiful, goes on easily, has a nice shine (but not too shiny), it's not sticky, and the packaging is super cute too. I love the red one (desire). I've had two other similar red balms/glosses (khiels and dirty girl) but this is my favorite. Also, it's made with beeswax not petroleum which is better for the environment and probably better for your lips too.

This palette looks a bit bright in the case, but it's actually very subtle on the skin. All of the colors have some sparkle to them (I believe it's crushed pearl) that is "glowy" rather than glittery. The brown is soft and warm (hint of copper) and would be a nice all over the lid, or it pairs well with the soft peachy color in the bottom right. The other colors appear very similar to each other and could be mixed and matched. The blue and yellow seem "cool" and the pinks are warm... but they are very similar. Would be a great palette for someone who is afraid to experiment with color but doesn't want anything too harsh looking. It would be hard to make a "mistake" with these colors. Don't expect to do a "smokey eye" with this, but it could double as a highlighter for cheek bones.

I read the negative reviews on this, and I think they didn't understand what this product is for. It gives the hair some "tooth" so it's not slippery and it will create "volume" but not really for a long soft style (think teasing and then smoothing the hair over kind of volume). Great for full ponytails, french twists, or the "rooster" (high bangs combed back over the teasing thing I just talked about). I've also heard of baby powder to be used in a similar way, but that makes your hair a bit ashy. This is way better.

I love the formula of this gloss! It's perfect and not at all sticky. My only gripe is that these are barely colored. They all look very similar on the lip, and the middle ones appear pearly white. Ok if you are very, very fair or like an 80's type frost look. I wish I'd bought the same thing but in the other color range (darker). You could put it over a lipstick but then it sort of makes it milky. I do love the formula thought, I use it when I'm in the house in lieu of a "chap stick" to moisturize, but I don't wear it out cause it's not flattering on my skin (I"m light to med olive tone). I'm giving it a 5 for color but it's a 10 for the way it feels so I guess and 8 is a good average.
