I have purchased numerous IT COSMETICS from QVC and have loved them all. I am horrible at putting on eyeliner so when advertised, I figured I couldn't go wrong purchasing this item being their line of products are phenomenal in my opinion. It did not fail me!!! I applied it as recommended and I was ecstatic at the results. I looked just like the QVC models. No false advertising here. The more coats the longer the lashes. I did not even need to apply mascara. If you like the wow factor, give it a try at a reasonable price. You will not be wasting your money.
