Definitely the BEST!!!

I have finally found a quality product for a very reasonable price. For years I have used the pricey Lancome Bi-Facil eye makeup remover because my waterproof liner & mascara wouldn't budge with anything else. Then I found Boots. It works just as well. Removes everything without rubbing and pulling. Thank you Boots!!!!!!!
