  • Kiss My Face Liquid Rock Roll-On Deodorant

I was always afraid to try a "natural deodorant" that wasn't also an antiperspirant, but suprisingly to me, this actually works, and I feel good about the fact that it contains no aluminum. I tried the lavender, and am truly impressed.

  • Kiss My Face Sunspray Lotion

    Kiss My Face Sunspray Lotion

    great mineral based sunscreen

this was definitely the favorite sunscreen on a recent vacation the family took to Florida. It sprays on, but then still needs to be rubbed in, but rubs and blends in easily. It does have a pretty decent amount of Zinc in it at 8% with 2 1/2% Titanium Dioxide. It does have one chemical sunscreen ingredient, ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate. But my teens loved it, as well as my 7 year old, since it is so easy to apply, and blends in so well. Be careful when ordering, because there is actually 2 different sunsprays, one is primarily chemical based, and the other mineral-based that is reviewed here.

    Blue Lizard Australian Sunscreen Regular

    great mineral based sunscreen

this is definitely one of the best sunscreens available. highly rated by the Environmental Working Group, who tested many, many sunscreens. Protected me from getting color while in Florida in June, and I was out in the sun basically all day for 1 week! Great for preventing photoaging/photodamage!

    Cellex-C Advanced-C Serum

    great antioxidant

research demonstrates that topical vitamin c is definitely benefical to your skin! This will help improve your skin tone, help with scars, hyperpigmentation, sun damage, etc. Also, helps protect against future sun damage. About 90% of aging to the skin is thought to be caused by sun damage, so preventing and treating it is very important. Cellex-C is one of the original developers of topical vitamin C, and is a reputable company.

  • MD Forte Hand & Body Cream

md forte products are great AHAs! I use the hand and body cream on my chest and arms, and it gives them a nice glow, and has improved the skin tone. I am also using it on my abdomen, where I have stretch marks from having twins! I have seen a study where they alternated glycolic acid (in fact, I believe they used this exact product in the study) with a retinoid, and were able to demonstrate improvement in stretch marks. (you can also alternate topical vitamin c with a retinoid for good results, or do as I do, and alternate all 3!)

  • M2 Skin Care M2 Skin Refinish 20%

mama lotion is truly a great product, that actually works! It definitely helps prevent breakouts. Until I started using this I had trouble controlling cystic acne (even though I'm in my 30's). Using this in combination with a retinoid, will without question clear up your acne, just alternate them every other night. Mama lotion also gives your skin a nice glow.
