One of the best on the market. I was a Dior user and switched when VV came out with Effel Power and I save money too. Yes I am a Rep for the company,but these words are my honest truth. I call it the Unmascara Mascara. No lumps, clumps and will not smudge. Its NOT waterproof, BUT it will not come off ( not even in tears) until you wash it off.
