I decided to try this product during the winter time, since my combination skin gets much drier around that time of year. I had heard wonderful things about Simple's skin care products, so I could not wait to try it. However, I feel like this night cream did not do much for my skin. It has a nice, light smell and does feel moisturizing right when I put it on, but I did not feel that the moisturization lasted very long. So overall for me, this was just an okay product that I will most likely not purchase again, but I am still open to trying out other products form this line.

Best drugstore BB cream! (for oily/combo skin)
I had been using the regular version of this BB Cream for the longest time, since it was the only one that gave me the right amount of coverage and matched my skin tone. However, I did notice that it made my skin shiny after applying it, so I would just use an oil-absorbing sheet to deal with the issue. I had been hoping for so long that Garnier would come out with a bb cream for my skin type and they finally did! My skin is usually normal/oily, with dry spots mostly in the winter. This BB cream feels much lighter than its counterpart, and I feel it blends into my skin a lot more easily. My skin is left feeling soft and matte, yay for no more oily residue! Plus, this BB cream has SPF 20, so I wear this over my regular SPF moisturizer for added protection. This is definitely the best drugstore BB Cream I have ever tried!!

I have used SOO MANY body acne products over the years. Many acne body washes seemed to work for a little bit, but never gave me results that I wanted. Plus, I had to use them everyday if I wanted to see any improvement in my skin, which would also dry my skin out. I really hoped that I wouldn't have to turn to some expensive acne body wash from Proactiv or some other brand. One day I was just walking through the beauty aisles of Target and saw this, and I knew I had to pick it up, I felt it was my last hope before having to buy some overpriced product! And man, does this work! The scrub has 100% Vegetarian ingredients, no sulfates, parabens, no artificial fragrance, or animal testing. The Salicylic Acid is naturally derived from Willow Bark and has ground walnut shells in the scrub (so maybe if you have a nut allergy want to avoid.) The scrub is brown, so that may turn people off but honestly it works great so I don't mind, and it has a soft minty smell. The first time I used it, I immediately saw results, and because this is a scrub, I do not use it everyday (and thankfully I don't have too!) This scrub costs about $9.99, and should last for about 2-3 months, if you do not use it everyday. Also worked well on my face when I had some bad acne. I just recommend the whole Alba AcneDote line for all your acne problems (:

I just got a tin of the healing cream for about $2 at Walgreens, and I have to say, its really great! I have never really cared for the Carmex lip balm but the smell has always been nice and I needed something for the weather that is constantly changing here in Texas. Its currently Spring, and Texas weather is bipolar; some days are (still) cold and then the next its crazy hot, so that can cause havoc to anyones skin! I saw this and thought I'd give it a try and I am very happy with my purchase! Made my skin instantly smooth, dried fast and not greasy at all. What is great about this cream is that the scent is light and basically unisex, so my boyfriend doesn't mind actually using this for when his hands get rough. All around, awesome product!

My skin is weird; I have keratosis pilaris and occasionally I'll have eczema break outs, usually only quite mild but sometimes I will have a moderate eczema break out, especially when it is allergy season. I use hydrocortisone to deal with the eczema, but sometimes if the break outs are all over my arms, rubbing hydrocortisone all overs just leaves my skin feeling greasy and not moisturized at all. And when I have these eczema break outs, I cannot use my usual lotion (Amlactin) because that will irritate my skin more. But finally, I found a cream that not only helps my eczema, it MOISTURIZES too!! This has been a savior for my skin, especially since it does not contain any steroids I can reapply it as much as I like throughout the day. It may leave skin feeling a little sticky at first, but it is well worth it to have relief from annoying eczema! The bottle is also a nice size, so since I only get eczema breakouts occasionally, it lasts quite awhile.

I use these little pads everyday when I come home from school. It takes of my BB Cream and helps with my blemishes as well and it does not dry my skin out, (though I could see that happening to people who already suffer from dry skin.) And I only use this product once a day, for I wash my face at night, and these anti-blemish pads are great when you have zits that you want gone ASAP. The smell is quite strong, however since it leaves my skin feeling soft, clean, and helps reduce my blemishes, it is well worth it! Its a great deal and definitely one of the better drugstore acne products out there!

I have been using this product for about a month now, and I have seen results! I have acne marks and some dark spots that I really do not like since I feel that since I am a young woman who wears sunscreen all the time, I definitely should not have! But alas, since I do have a darker skin complexion, I am obviously more prone to such marks. I know that there are many products for dark spots that are on the more expensive side, but I wanted to first start to get rid of them with a cheaper alternative and from a brand that I feel I could trust. So I use this product only at night (I feel if I wear it with my daytime moisturizers it would just feel as if I'm wearing too much product on my skin.) This feels nice and light, and its not too heavy that I can also put on a nightly moisturizer as well. I have noticed that my marks are fading which is awesome, however, i wonder if there is a product that is even more effective. Still, I am happy with the results! I just want to try other products as well

I tend to break out a lot around the time of the month, so this mask is a lifesaver. I'll have some huge, ugly pimples and by the next day, they will be a million times smaller! The smell might throw some people off since it is kinda strong, but trust me, this product works! The mask tingles a little bit, so if you do not enjoy a tingly feeling from cleansers or masks, stay away from this product. After I wash off the mask, my skin instantly feels tight, soft, clean,and I feel as if my pimples are already starting to get smaller! I just want to say that since this product has sulfur, I recommend using a nice moisturizer after since sulfur can be a bit drying, and that is another reason to not abuse this product (or your skin) by using this too many times during the week. Other than that, I highly recommend this mask!

Anything with Benzoyl Peroxide can be harsh, especially since this cleanser has the highest (10%) you can get without a prescription. There's a reason many over the counter acne cleansers or medications contain salicylic acid: its gentle and suitable for all skin types and tends to be very effective. However, benzoyl peroxide is a stronger acne medication, so many dermatologists will recommend using a product with benzoyl peroxide before prescribing anything else. This cleanser works well for me, thankfully my skin isn't too sensitive. However, I once used it every night for about 4 days and that was too harsh on my skin and it started peeling. So I stopped using it for awhile until my skin got back to normal and then I used it again, and from now on if I am having bad breakouts I will only use it every other day. I do not recommend this product in the slightest for people with sensitive skin. But if you have oily/combination skin, this product really works, but make sure you only use it a few times a week as the benzoyl peroxide is known to dry out skin quite a bit. Plus, anyone that does not enjoy a minty, tingly sensation from cleansers, then this product is not for you. But again, this product does work.

I love Johnson's Baby lotion, they always give nice, light moisturization and leave a nice delicate, smell. I use this lotion during the spring/summer time, because this gives my skin a light moisturization and ensures my skin will stay smooth all day. I will say that I would not recommend this lotion to severely dry skin, you might want to buy a lotion that is thicker. That's a reason why I only use it in the spring/summer because during the fall/winter my skin tends to need more moisturization, where a lotion such as Cocoa Butter is much more suitable. Other than that, this is a great product that I will definitely buy again!
