Best drugstore eyeshadow

I've used high end shadows and drugstore shadows, and I've had terrible issues with the drugstore shadows. The colors aren't usually visible at all and the wear is short and creases. NONE of these is true for this shadow. Fantastic deal for the price since you can mix and match, and the color selection is great. Length of wear is all day, and it's so easy to apply a natural or even a night look with this product.

Neutrogena Fresh Foaming Cleanser

Good for certain tasks...

I find this to be the easiest, cheapest face wash to remove makeup. Prior to this I had used products that either felt too harsh or didn't take any makeup off. For me this product is perfect for getting my makeup off at night, but to really feel clean, I use a different face wash in the morning and an exfoliating face wash on the weekend.

Neutrogena Gentle Oil-Free Liquid Eye Makeup Remover for Waterproof Mascara

Not a good experience...

I don't even wear waterproof mascara most of the time, and when I use this to remove washable mascara, it never washes all of it off and leaves it smeared under my eyes. And it says oil-free, but I've got an oily-feeling residue on my eyes after use. Not cool, but weird how nobody else seems to have the same issues with this product.. :-\

Shiseido The Makeup Hydro-Powder Eye Shadow

Versatile shadow

This shadow is fantastic. It goes on very easily and you can apply as little or as much as you want for a day or night look. The staying power was pretty impressive, even if you put very little on, it's a nice, noticeable look all day long. My absolute favorite shadow!! There's also a whole lot of shadow in the pot considering how little you need for your look, so it's really a great deal.

Dior Addict Ultra-Gloss

Beautiful colors...not so comfortable

I love the color and was impressed by the staying power of my Ultra-Gloss, but it felt like it went on really thick and felt a little sticky. Some days it's worth the not-so-great feeling to have a beautiful gloss stay on for a while...but I'm definitely not comfortable wearing it regularly.

Dior Diorshow Mascara

Took some getting used to...

I first got a tube of this for free and was a little nervous about the shorter, fatter brush. It took some getting used to, and at first I used to have to add a couple of coats then go through it with a clean mascara brush to separate, but after a while I started getting used to it and actually achieved the perfect lashes in one swipe! Then I understood the hype completely. Takes some getting used to, but this is a FAB product.

Shiseido The Makeup Accentuating Powder Blush

Blush-a-phobe Pleasing :)

I'm really nervous about using blush, because I hate if you can tell someone is wearing blush...but I also of course don't like to look flushed. This is the most amazing blush, because it goes on so natural and blends so well.

Shiseido Pressed Powder

Amazing, natural look

I love this powder. It's very light and natural looking. It stays on for a good amount of time, and it's worth noting that my mom has pretty sensitive skin and Shiseido and Prescriptives skin products are great for her.

Max Factor Maxeye Shadows

Barely there...or not there at all?

I got the white/silver/black combo a while ago, and have been attempting for months to get this shadow to work since I love the colors. Unfortunately, I work really hard to pile it on...to the point where you can just barely see it...then by lunchtime it looks like I never applied any in the first place. I have a medium complexion, and I really wanted to love this shadow, and I do for the first hour I have it on...but after that there's nothing there.
