Felt good, worked great until it fell apart

I loved this product. Looked great, felt good using it on my body, but than it fell apart one year later. The plastic that hold the bristles crumbled & the pegs that hold it together fell out. I thought it would last much longer. Great wood but can't say that for the bristles.
