This is a very quality item giving me exactly what it says ... accuracy in heat selections, easy to set up for use and put away (this is a must for me), easy and comfortable height adjustment, hands free drying while completing other tasks, fastest and most comfortable drying level selections making it perfect for any time limit you have. It is exactly what I needed and after owning and using it for over 6 months I am still delighted and feel I got even more than I was expecting. I hesitated at the price but decided to try to get what I really wanted and I did, in this machine!! I have thin and fragile hair and it takes special care and this me the options to care for it properly!
