SUKI eye balm is for night time use but can be used in the mornings, twice daily it has a shimmer when its put on, glides on really well makes eyes appear brighter and can see a difference at the first time of using this. it is all natural and carrot and rose hip are excellent skincare ingredients, will buy always as l don't see anything like this on the market so far.
