It brightens and firms but it doesn't protect against the sun. I use only at nite or under my evening makeup.

When I use it nightly I notice a difference in my texture & glow-ness. But use just a light layer ~anything more will spawn zits.

But I usually use other cheaper products. This is quite pricey and it does weight down my fine hair & darken the blonde.

This only weighted down my fine hair, pulling out my medium curls. I gave it to my roommate who liked it on his dry, african-american hair.

Solves dandruff, but I usually still use a conditioner
I like that it lathers up well as I need to leave it on awhile. But I feel like my curly fine hair still needs conditioner on the ends.
