My lips are not thin, but I would still like to make them look plumper. This works pretty good, not great, but it's decent. It burns really bad, so be careful when using it. Make sure your lips are not chapped whatsoever!

This is the best blotting powder for oily skin. If you get shiny throughout the day, just dab a little bit on your skin and the shine is gone.
