I stumbled upon this product at WalMart and fell in love! I had seen the matte finish polish by OPI and had my manicurist use it but she covered it with a shiny top coat, ruining the look. Well NYC has done a wonderful thing in creating a matte top coat that gives any nail polish a matte finish. Yay! Not only do I get the matte look but I just doubled my nail polish collection! Thanks NYC.
