It's a good product, but I do not like this container. There is no applicator, leaving you to redip your fingers in it. If you are out in public, you touch public door handles, then dip your dirty fingers in this. Not a good system.

This is a great product. Organic is the way to go. Vitamins have various qualities, just like everything else, and if you are taking poor quality vitamins, you are wasting your money.
