I am a big fan of Laura Mercier, but was a little disappointed in the renewal serum. Used it for about a month, and cannot say I saw any difference. It feels nice going on, and has really no odor, but just don't feel like it did anything. I would recommend Estee Lauder Re-Nutriv, which is more expensive, but I feel it works more effectively.

Started losing my hair about 8 months ago, and tried this product based on recommendation of store clerk. Should have known better -- product did nothing but put a dent in my wallet.

Feels good going on, and may actually even tighten skin temporarily, but after using an entire bottle I see no actual changes.

not sure if there is anything "magical" about La Mer. I admit that I do like the feel of the cream and it does absorb well, making my skin feel soft. However, as for all the claims of gettin rid of wrinkles and lines, not sure that I would believe it.

Okay as primers go, although it takes a long time to sink in, especially if you have put on any creams underneath it. Thought it would be good as her oil-free foundation or tinted moisturizer, but the primer is somewhat disappointing.

I didn't expect much from this product, but tried it on the recommendation of a friend. I was pleasantly surprised. I thought it was very rich and made the skin under my eyes feel moist. I have used much more expensive eye creams that I feel are not as good in helping to lessen the appearance of fine lines.
