Why waste all the extra bucks on products that could potentially work but could also potentially disappoint? I have always had a blackhead problem on my nose and T-zone area. Doesn't help that I have oily skin and enlarged pores there... but hey, this product really works! Though it doesn't get rid of all the blackheads, it really helps minimize them and their appearance. It can be kind of strong on the skin... it is an astringent afterall, but if you have tougher skin like me, you can handle it. I actually like the tingling feeling. Then, I know it's working. Say goodbye to those pesky black dots!

Okay, maybe I'm exaggerating. But, it's a great product. I've always had sensitive skin prone to breakouts... for 10 years now! This stuff doesn't irritate my skin at all and hides my acne scars nicely. I am not really knowledgeable about makeup nor do I wear any besides this, so for someone sort of simplistic like me, it's great. Natural and accents my skin nicely. I have medium skin-tone by the way. Only problem is the bottle it's in is annoying! If shaken too much, more powder will collect in the upper compartment making it difficult to brush up only a dab of the stuff. Too much is too cakey.

If something works nicely and saves $$$, why let the deal slip your hands? I've used this product for as long as I can remember... and it's always kept my thick hair in place.

It's very convenient to have the prepared wax strips instead of the wax and cloths separate where you do all the work... but the problem is, you have to first of all, cut the wax strips smaller for more effective removal. Also, I experience many painful irritation bumps as a result. It is a pain. Sometimes it takes over a week to heal.

I have dark hair, and so the fine hairs on my face are more noticeable unfortunately. So to get rid of it, I use this wax, but not without issues. It does hurt a ton and a lot of outer skin cells are pulled along with the hairs. It doesn't exactly miss many hairs, but I also notice a lot of the hair isn't pulled from the root. Also, my skin gets VERY irritated every single time. I am talking about many many little red, painful bumps and the lotion that comes along does not soothe very well... I have to keep putting it on over and over. The bumps usually last from 3 days to 1 1/2 weeks. My skin is usually not so sensitive.

I have thick wavy hair that often gets frustrating because it'll be too bushy. This shampoo smoothes it out and gives this luxurious feel. It also has a nice light smell. I'd definitely recommend it for someone of my hair type. Comparatively, the Pantene smooth and sleek dries out my scalp a bit more, and the silky Head and Shoulders just makes you dependent... this one just does it right.

With continued use alongside the true pore-fection cleanser, this toner actually works nicely. It sucks all the oil out and make my pores (which are usually quite large) much smaller. Compared to the clean&clear cooling toner (the only other one i've tried) this is better. I think they may have stopped selling this through Avon but on ebay you can find some. I might not be applying it correctly, because it does not always work. Sometimes it irritates my sensitive skin.

Although I think the Equate version of this is just as good, the apricot scrub itself is just well worth it. Never really a let down. My skin is tough when it comes to facial products, but sensitive when it comes to plucking (I get a lot of irritation bumps)... some say this is harsh to the skin, but I don't think so. It all depends on your stroking technique... overall, it makes your skin feel fresh and look more radiant.

I surprisingly experienced no effect with this lotion. I also bought the other True Pore-fection products, and this one worked the least. The lotion itself turned partially into strange chunks when I spread a bit on my face. I was surprised, because all these reviews seemed so positive, but I was disappointed with the results.

I think this product may work for those whose skin is virtually clear with minor pore issues. Otherwise, it has no effect. Too weak. Once in a while it gives a nice cool, tingling feeling, but that was rare.
