Works for all-over acne

I found this scrub to a be a bit too harsh for my skin, between the salicylic acid and the scrubbing beads, which don't dissolve. It made my skin feel quite tight. I could see it working for skin that is oily or that has all-over breakouts, though. Just not for someone who needs spot treatments.

Nice, if you can remember to use it

I really like the ingredients in this face mist -- things like aloe, spinach, spirulina and melon, which are hydrating and pleasant. It feels nice and refreshing on my face. However, this mist is a little forgettable. I found myself forgetting to reach for it before my moisturizer because it didn't really add much to my skin.

Drunk Elephant B-Hydra Intensive Hydration Gel

Hydrating, but not for irritated skin

I was torn on this for a while. I wanted to love it, but it burned my skin a little when I was first using it, I think because I was recovering from using another irritating product. Once my skin felt normal again, I did find that it glides on smoothly and feels hydrating. But I think a hydrating product should feel good on skin despite its condition.

Colgate Optic White Radiant Beauty

Good for upkeep between whitening

I noticed maybe a little bit of whitening while using this for a couple of weeks, but not nearly as much as with other whitening products. It's a good maintenance toothpaste, but I didn't find that it gave me noticeably whiter teeth.

Nothing out of the ordinary

This is fine, and I'll use it until it's empty. It's as refreshing as most mouth washes. I don't like shaking it beforehand, though ... just one more step.

Curaprox Black is White Toothpaste

Seems to whiten, but it's expensive

I have really gone back and forth over this one. It does seem to whiten, but that might just be because my teeth look so much whiter when I use this because it turns them black while in use. I've checked the ingredients and it does have a decent amount of fluoride. My biggest gripe is that it turn my sink black and makes everything look really messy. Also it's $32, which is a bit much for a toothpaste.

Heavy duty night cream

I really like the thick, wet-feeling texture that feels like water is sitting on your skin. But I would think they could find a better delivery system than a tub. It's a little too heavy for my pores.

Fresh Rose & Hyaluronic Acid Deep Hydration Moisturizer

For those who love rose scents, this is a winner

This is light and moisturizing, and felt really nice on my face. But I think I'm just over rose, especially in a moisturizer. There is a faint smell of cucumbers, which does something to make it feel fresher, but overall I was just turned off by the rose.

Dr. Hauschka Ice Plant Face Cream

A+ moisturizer for dry or mature skin

This is a moisturizing and thick cream that I'd probably really appreciate if the temperature dipped below 60. It does feel and smell very medicinal though, which was a turnoff. My mom tried this and loves it. She has dry skin and has been traveling in the desert, and this really soothed it.
