I found that this concealer does a good job for the cheap price, but if one is looking for total spot coverage I'd try something else. It's not very blendable. I wear this under my foundation because I cannot find a shade in my color and it really stands out if I don't. Still, it does tone down the blemishes on my skin even though it doesn't completely fix the problem. Worth trying for those who have minimal blemish problems.

American Beauty Double Lush Mascara Plus Primer
Wonder working primer with mascara! But it does have its downsides...
This primer is a miracle worker and made me use only one coat of the mascara. I found my lashes looked fuller, longer, and didn't have to worry about clumping. I have small and rather unnoticable lashes, and this worked better than other mascaras that promised length and volume by itself. The only two downsides to this product are the size of the wand and the price. The spooly head is long (on both ends) as one can see on the picture shown. It runs the entire length of my eye, which does make it a little hard to have control. I also bought this for $18--usually a little steep for me, but it might not be for someone else. I still would recommend giving it a try if nothing else seems to be working.

I loved this mascara because I have very small lashes and it made them look long and full. However, it does take a second coat to give lashes like mine good volume. On that note, I had to be very careful on how much I put on because it did cause my lashes to feel and look goopy if overdone. Still, the mascara does its job and the applicator does come out with the right amount. This is one of my favorites from Maybelline!

I must say that this shampoo does what it says it will do, but it left my hair looking rather dull and flat. I was almost tempted to rewash my hair with my regular regime, but then what would have been the point? I left my hair alone with this shampoo and found that besides making my head feel clean, it also didn't dry out my scalp as more expensive shampoos do on me. I am looking for another clarifying shampoo that doesn't dull out my hair, but for now it works for me. One can't simply beat the price of a Suave product.

I have such a frizz prone head its not even funny. I find it amazing what a good deep conditioner can do! Although it took me a couple washes to really notice how well this works, it tamed my frizzies down and made my hair feel really smooth in three minutes. I was at first unsure about the packaging--as it is a squeeze tube--but the seal locks it in tight depite its easy squeeze application. I have long, thick, and naturally wavy hair, and a little went a long way for me! Will buy again!

This product was one of the first that I bought from the Sleek and Shine line, and it is one of the better ones. It does tame away fly aways as needed, but I had to be careful how much I used or my head was bound to look and feel like a grease ball. The serum is sticky and will require washing hands, but it smells pretty good as most Garnier Fructis products do. For people with minimal frizz, I would give this one a try.

I have used Garnier Fructis for a long time, but it only took me twice to realize this product wasn't for me. I am actually surprised by the high marks this was given though I'm glad that it works for them. For me and my thick and naturally wavy hair, this conditioner didn't help smooth the strands as well as other products I've used. It also left my hair feeling greasy after just washing it. I will not be buying this particular product from Garnier again. The only upside to it was the smell.

I bought this because, as a college student, it was affordable and it smelled amazing. I was also intrigued by the little micro-oil beads inside and decided to give it a whirl. It works well and leaves you feeling clean all day. My roomate would regularly comment on how good I smelled when we gathered in the living room to study. The only downfall, ironically, was the pretty micro-oil beads. They do not disintigrate upon contact with warm water. I'd find them left on the bottom of the shower and even on my towel when I was finished drying off. Maybe mine was the only one that did this, but it bothered me enough to not try it again.

Mary Kay TimeWise 3-In-1 Cleanser (combination to oily)
Good...but I am looking for something else...
I have oily/combo skin so I was excited when I received this as a gift. It does wonders for acne and oily spots on the skin and reduces the sight of pores. However, it seemed to make the dry spots on my face more dry and flaky--so much so that I had to put the moisturizer (also Mary Kay Timewise) on thick and even that didn't help much. I've sense been using up other cleansers that are more gentle and makes me use less of my moisturizer. Still, I am still looking for something that works just as well on my oily areas. I might try this again when summer rolls around...
