I ordered a tube of this mascara to round out a purchase I was making on their website (coupon code for certain purchase amount). Even though I got it a while ago I hadn't bothered to try it just assuming it would become my back up mascara at work for emergencies since I didn't have high hopes. I've never really been able to find a bargain mascara that didn't flake, clump or irritate my eyes but I am always open to trying a new brand/type, etc. so it was in that spirit that I decided to open this tube and give it a go! I love the wand with the ball at the end and the big teeth. The longer portion of the wand separates my lashes and coats them without leaving any clumps. The ball at the end is perfert for gettng those tiny lashes in the corner of my eyes and making the outer corner lashes longer without having to clump on multiple coats. I have yet to be forced into using a pin or lash comb when using this mascara either. It lasts all day without a single flake, which is important to me when wearing contacts, and I haven't had a single smudge over the last two weeks of use. Cheap? Yes. Cheap performance? No! Now I just wish I could get it in different colors....

I have several of these glosses and I must say that yes, the colors can be hit or miss but they are only $1 so I feel like I can afford to buy 5 and maybe have one color that I'm just okay with. They are appropriately sticky, not gloppy or goopy, they last on lips for a good while, the colors are typically sheer and some have shimmer. Also, maybe my favorite part, they have SPF! I carry one in my beach bag, my purse, in my "gloss cup" at work, by my bed, in my makeup bags, etc. Though not all budget beauty buys are worth it (you wind up going out and buying the higher cost item if the lower cost version stinks) I feel like for $1 you just can't beat these glosses!

**I received this lotion in a tube/bottle with no name to review so my opinion would not be influenced by the brand name. I tried this lotion for a few days in place of my regular lotion and body cream. I tried it first on dry skin in the evening before bed as a part of my regular routine. It absorbed well and the scent, which was clean, faded quickly. The moisture was rather light and the texture was smooth. When I woke the next morning my skin was relatively soft but not as soft and supple as it usually is with the heavier creams and lotions I typically use. I also applied the lotion after my morning shower, when my skin was still slightly damp. It did not soak in as quickly as it did on dry skin but did not take much more effort so it wasn't a huge issue. As the day went on my skin didn't feel particularly dry but it did not feel as moisturized as I like. I used this product over a period of a few days and the results were the same each time. Basically I enjoyed the fact that the scent faded quickly as I prefer my lotion to moisturize and my perfume to scent (and not clash) but the moisture was too light for my skin. I liked that I didn't feel sticky after applying and the texture was smooth. I would recommend this product for those that do not need a lot of moisture or prefer a lighter lotion during the summer months.

When I first got this conditioner I really wasn't sure what was so "pure" about it. Aren't shampoos the products with sulfates? How do sulfates effect the performance of a conditioner? Armed with these questions I tried this conditioner on my fine, color treated hair. I was actually surprised at how well it moisturized. There was lot of slip and I was able to run my wide tooth comb through it easily in the shower (I distribute conditioner through my hair in the shower with the wide tooth comb and let it sit for a few minutes under the steam before rinsing). I felt like the product was rinsed away easily and didn't see any evidence of build up in the week or so that I tried it. No breakouts along the hair line which is a big plus for me! My fine hair was not weighed down and my highlights looked brighter, not brassier so I have to say that it was a good conditioner for my hair type. Did I ever look up the answers to my questions? Nope, but I am still pleased with the results!

This being my first sulfate-free shampoo I was expecting it to have no lather of any kind and figured I'd have a limp mess as my hair is very fine. I was pleasantly surprised upon first use as there was a lot of lather! Though oddly enough even with all the lather I didn't feel like it spread through my hair as well as my normal shampoo so I did wind up using lots more product. As for results, my hair felt great, wasn't flat and didn't feel dry either. Coworkers remarked that my highlights looked brighter so I guess that's a bonus. All in all it was an okay shampoo but I wasn't totally wowed so I don't know if it is a buy for me.

This is a very smooth, hydrating eye cream. I really enjoy using this each day and I apply it in the morning and before bed at night. It seems to be improving the fine lines in the corners of my eyes. My eye area looks so much brighter that I truly haven't used a highlighter pen or eye brightener since about the second or third day of application. Great eye cream with good results that won't break the bank!

Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair Night Face Moisturizer with Retinol and Hyaluronic Acid
Awesome product!
I absolutely love this night moisturizer! I usually have a hard time finding a moisturizer that I can use at night due to my oily, acne prone skin. Everything is either too heavy or (as with most retinol products I have tried) dries me out and causes my skin to flake. This moisturizer goes on smoothly without any grease, has a light scent that fades quickly and absorbs well. When I get up in the morning my skin is not oily at all, it looks plump and smooth. Any bumps that I had when I started using this moisturizer have smoothed out and the breakouts I was developing are gone now! My skin definitely looks younger and less tired.

I used this product on my long, fine, wavy hair for several days. I used about 10 sprays and then combed through to distribute, put on my makeup and used a T3 blow dryer and a large round brush (which I use each day to straighten my hair) to dry and finish the look. It seemed to take a bit longer to dry my hair but it could be because I was paying more attention since I was using a new product. I cannot say that it kept my hair straight for three days as advertised but it did give me aoft, straight hair with few flyaways/frizzies. After the three day mark my hair felt a bit greasy though so I wasn't entirely pleased with that but I think this is a pretty good product that could be used a couple times a week to help with straightening unruly hair. *The product's instructions call for using a flat iron which I do not own, and have never used before due to my hair being so fine, so the spray may work even better if you use it as such but I can't imagine a flat iron doing anything to combat the greasiness which is my only real complaint about this product.

My derm recommended this and though I always thought it was more for skin types that were dry I tried it on my acne prone skin. Wow, I was very surprised! I use retin A nightly which causes my skin to peel and sometimes become very irritated so when I used the Cetaphil for the first time and woke up with plump, soft skin I didn't know what to think. No more peeling, no more redness and best of all, no breakouts! I apply to a dry face, cleanse/rub in cirlces and then rinse sometimes using a soft cloth to remove any traces of makeup, etc. I do wish that Cetaphil would remove all of my make up (mascara, eyeliner) but alas that is what eye make up remover is for I suppose............

This scent is so sweet and sexy all at once. I have been hoarding my bottle of perfume and lotion and only break it out in the fall. I think it smells like a sweet raspberry musk, if that makes any sense. It lasts all day long and my sons think it is yummy while my husband thinks it is "brown chicken brown cow!" If you get my drift.......as for moisturizing it is nice but I think of this lotion as more of a scent product and not so much a moisturizing product. Only 8 starts because it could be more moisturizing.
