I was pleasantly surprised with this shampoo. At the recommendation of my hair stylist, I use salon shampoos to maintain my highlights, but this worked just as well as most (even better than some), at a much less expensive price!

Neutrogena Healthy Volume Mascara

Great value for legit mascara

I am a harsh critic when it comes to mascara, and this passes my test! The brush is great - full, fine bristles - which is vital to a successful application. The result is feathery, separated and gorgeous lashes. I am almost ready to completely replace my $20/tube formula with this one.

Neutrogena Nourishing Eye Duo

Decent shadow

Very good value - quality is comparable to more expensive shadows. The applicators are not the best, but the shadow itself is smooth and flattering - not too intense and not too subtle. I have the silver/navy combo which brings out my blue eyes. Packaging is sleek and convenient.

Almay Intense i-Color Eyeliner

Nice alternative and flattering

I like the metallic shimmer - it is more flattering than a matte brown liner. I start with black liner as a base, then eyeshadow, and this is a perfect top layer with a great tone for blue eyed gals. Better than department store eyeliners in my opinion.

It took 2-3 weeks of use to notice the benefits, but the pores across my forehead were smaller and my skin appeared smoother and tighter. Skin tone and texture also improved. I found a thin layer is most effective. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised with this product.

Vichy Laboratories Oligo 25 Eyes Anti-Fatigue Cooling Effect Stick

soothing to the skin but no visible benefits

I bought this product because it claimed to have a "wide-eyed, got 8+ hours of sleep" effect, but I disagree. It is very soothing and refreshing when applied, but I did not notice any decrease in darkness around my eyes. The gel formula glides on smoothly without building up or interfering with makeup. A little goes a long way.

L'Occitane Olive Radiance Moisturizing Cream

rich but not too heavy moisturizer

I love this lotion - I have been using it for about three years on my normal/combination skin. I use it once or twice daily during the harsh winter months, but also anytime my face feels dry or tight. It is thick, but I have never had problems with it clogging pores or causing blemishes. One jar can last over a year!
