AWESOME PRODUCT EXCEPT...

like dsburns im very disappointed with the buying process from Misikko. I ordered my shine shield on june 24th so that I could do my hair for some bday festivities. needless to say i had to improvise because its august 9th and I still don't have my package. They have been telling me "it will go out today" every day for 2 weeks and they still tried to charge me for shipping even though its been over a month since my package should have arrived. However after some harassment on my part they did remove the charge. The most upsetting part about all of this is that when I ordered the shine shield it said "ships next day" otherwise I wouldn't have ordered it and would have waited for it to be back in stock. I've searched google and no one else sells this product and even after all this im still not turned off enough to stop using this great product.
